Maybe I should rename my blog?

Ha! I made more socks. I am out of control.

The Honest Scrapper

I find what she has to say to be interesting. And it's a bit of a reality check for me when I don't feel like I am being noticed.

The Honest Scrapper

I didn't start scrapping for notoriety. I started because I thought it would flex my creative muscle.

Anyway, she has some good points.

I have to brag about something else...

I also knit and crochet. I consider myself a yarn enthusiast. I love my Knifty Knitter Looms and taught myself how to make socks last weekend.

what do you think? I am on my 4th sock already. my new addiction.

Still trying to find my style

I am not sure what my style is yet. I admire several styles of some scrap artists (leaving out the digi, because there are paper artists I admire as well). I don't want to copy anyone, but I really love being challenged by scraplifts. This is a struggle for me, because I know I am still pretty new at this whole thing, relatively.

Anyway, two artists I noticed recently:

Salrosselli
and
wyowomanKristin

I really like how dreamy and ethearal most of the layouts are from both of these scrappers. Their use of edges and stamps impress me. I need to try more of these techniques.

I need to try new things.
